Additional Notes:
Merchandise Return Policy: PCF will accept returns, issue full credit for the product only (not the original freight charge) and replace items at no charge for up to sixty (60) days from receipt of order for product(s) determined to have manufacturing or material defects.
The following exceptions include but are not limited to the starred (*) points below and credit/replacement is based on PCF’s Quality Assurance department's inspection and findings.
*product has been improperly laundered
*product has been stored in a humid, non-temperature controlled environment and mold/mildew has formed inside the shipping carton, plastic liner and/or bedding item
If the customer doesn't like the product, ordered an incorrect size, submitted the wrong item code or ordered too many of one item, the following applies for up to thirty (30) days from receipt of order: -Contact us for a Return Authorization number
The customer is responsible for the return freight -PCF's Quality Assurance team will inspect the product -If the product is viable for resale, we will issue full credit for the product minus a 25% restocking charge -The credit amount will exclude any freight charges on the original invoice -If the product is not viable for resale, PCF will not issue credit -The product must be unused and returned in the original shipping cartons. PCF will not accept returns nor issue credit for laundered, soiled or used bedding. Used bedding is defined as "Product has been removed from the original shipping carton and placed on the beds for guest use."
