15.	WARRANTY PROVISION Made Rite Bedding Company’s General Product Warranty warrants its products and is protected under a LIMITED WARRANTY against defects in workmanship or materials under normal and customary usage – Actual Warranty Differs per Product. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Proof of date of purchase, purchase price, and mattress serial number (from manufacturer’s law label) may be required to obtain service under this warranty. Removal of law label from product will void purchaser’s rights under all circumstances. If service resulting from any such defect is required during the first (1) year after purchase, your product will be repaired or replaced (at Made Rite’s option) without charge for labor or materials, exclusive of transportation costs. If service resulting from any such defect is required during the remaining year(s) of the applicable limited warranty, your product will be repaired or replaced (at Made Rite’s option) at the prorated charge for labor and materials, exclusive of transportation costs. If such a defect appears in any Made Rite product, you should immediately contact the Made Rite Bedding Company dealer from whom you purchased the product, using the following procedures (1) Purchaser must notify Made Rite Bedding Company in writing, providing us with the proof of purchase date located on the product law label and a copy of the sales receipt; (2) Purchaser must include an explanation of the defect or problem; (3) Upon receipt of written notification, you will receive instructions within 48 hours on how service is to be handled. Made Rite Bedding Company reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to abuse, misuse, or damage through accident or neglect, or any other causes than defective workmanship or materials. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, burns, improper handling, and improper cleaning.

Returns: Purchaser reserves the right to inspect all products and to reject any or all the products that are, in the judgment of Purchaser, incorrectly shipped, defective, damaged, contaminated or otherwise not in compliance with the warranty granted or assigned hereunder. Such returns may be returned to Seller, pursuant to the following conditions: (5.1) Goods may be returned to Seller at any time within thirty (30) days from date of delivery with freight prepaid by Purchaser. All goods are subject to inspection by Seller upon receipt thereof and must be returned in re-saleable condition in order for Purchaser to receive credit. A re- stock fee of the greater of $24.50 or 20% of the cost per mattress may apply. (5.2) Goods received by Purchaser in damaged condition must be noted as such on shipper’s bill of lading at the time of delivery. In addition, notification must be sent to Seller within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt of damaged goods. Upon notification, Seller will then provide return authorization along with specific instructions to Purchaser for the return of said goods. This provision applies also to any goods that are lost or missing in transit by the carrier upon delivery. Any returns that do not expressly follow these procedures will be treated under the conditions set forth in paragraph 5.1 above. (5.3) Credit for damaged or lost freight under paragraph 5.2 may not apply when bill is signed clear. All returns must adhere to the following conditions: (1) All merchandise must be returned prepaid by customer to Made Rite Bedding at our factory at 11221 Melrose Ave., Franklin Park, IL 60131. (2) Packaging must be clearly marked, “Attn: Returns Department” and include a pre-approved RMA number on each package.(3) Repair or replacement will be solely at the discretion of management on a case by case basis, as determined under the provisions of the Made Rite Bedding “Limited Warranty”. (A copy of the Limited Warranty is attached.) (4) Made Rite Bedding reserves the right to refuse service for merchandise returned when product failure is due to normal wear & tear, to abuse, misuse or damage through accident or neglect, or if the product is found to be in unsanitary condition. (5) Made Rite Bedding reserves the right to refuse all shipments that do not comply explicitly with these instructions.
