Cancellation: Prior to production or shipment, no cancellation charge will apply.

Return Policy: All mattress sales are FINAL. Other items are returnable as long as they have not been used or laundered, are scent and fragrance-free and it is within 30 days since receipt of goods. If you think your item may be defective or it arrived damaged please contact our office within 10 days from receipt of purchase to be eligible for a replacement. Depending on the specific situation we may ask you for pictures of the defect (taken digitally & emailed).Please allow up to 5 business days for the mandatory inspection process. A 35% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items (unless damaged or defective). Returned items must receive a pre-approved Return Authorization number (RA#).
