HCI Warranty and Additional Terms and Conditions: A fee will be charged for each item purchased for boxes, handling and administrative costs (Contract Model 8N-842900).
Orders that total more than $3500 may be subject to a down payment. No cancellations will be accepted after goods are cut. All items are considered custom made and cannot be returned, exceptions to this rule are listed below.
HCI will replace at our sole cost any products that were made incorrectly due to our error. Due to the custom nature of our products, no other returns will be accepted except for institutional twin sized Avryl, Cityview, Charleston, Crosby, Seaspice, and Wonderquilt bedspreads. Those bedspreads can be returned with a Return Authorization issued by Health Care Interiors. All returned items must be in original condition, approved for return within 60 days of shipment, and subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Care instructions are printed on tags sewn to each curtain and bedspread and also are on the backside of sample cards. Due to the various and sundry methods of cleaning and laundering, Health Care Interiors will not be held responsible for any cleaning results.
Color match is not guaranteed between dye lots. Fabrics are subject to both natural and ultra-violet light, which causes deterioration in dyes and fibers.
On Customer Owned Materials (COM), Health Care Interiors will not be responsible for defective fabrics. The condition of all COM goods is the total responsibility of the customer and the mill. Customers will be advised of obvious defects.
Health Care Interiors will not work on a COM basis for fabrics that are part of the regular line-up (the fabrics listed on our website or price list).
